For all customers submitting technical support requests for Spectralink products, please use the contact options below. Please be aware that if you do not have a maintenance contract, you will be asked to provide payment at the current time and materials rates. 

For hardware replacement requests, please access the iSupport portal or email RMA using the addresses below. For hardware quality issues or complaints, please open a support request by contacting support via one of the options provided.
